The California Supreme Court has just made California the second state in the nation to allow gay people to legally marry. Now 1 in 6 Americans live in a state where gay people have equality under the law.
I predicted that 25 years after Massachusetts, gay people would be allowed to marry nationwide. Four years after the first state, California has become the second. Expect the pace to quicken as Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Vermont, Maryland, and Oregon all follow suit over the next three to five years. (You heard it here first.)
I totally agree with you mark, but as a Tennessean... i think we will be at the very end of the list... which means i can get married as a senior citizen....

Long lasting relationships take work. Their are ups and downs that must be overcom. Choose wisely.
Marrage can be/is a great institution. 20 plus years have been graciously worth the effort and shared experience(s).
Sew your oats before commital and again. Choose
wisely.
Welcome to being being 4 fifths a human being like the rest of us.
That 1 fifth is never recognized by narrow mindedness. Whether it be Gay, a long hair hippie, Black, female, brown people, hick, etc...
As a happily married man still attracted to his opposite sex wife. Mother of his children. Without a doubt, it is a larger issue to a gay in Calif especially. Not so much for me, naturally.
Yet, May you find happiness with your soul mate and comfort in wedlock if this blessing presents itself to you.
Good luck you bunch of human beings.
Now can we continue with saving America from fascism and move us in a better direction. If you haven't noticed, America needs help.
