Wind and solar energy now! (no more oil, sorry bush/cheney/mccain)
AND
The Torture of Pentagon Lawyer Jim Haynes (before a Senate committee)
Are our two presidential candidates closer to the VP selection?
And who would be the best VVeep choices for the two candidates ?
For Mccain I suggest,
1st-Sen Chuck Hagel (the republican Iraq war maverick)brings Nebraska
2nd- Mitt Romney (Youth, and money)Brings Utah
3rd-Jeb Bush-bring money, seals the McCain/Bush gap and bring Fla.
For Obama,
1st- Russ Fiengold (bold smart representative of change).
2nd- Joe biden (brings the experience gap /Good supporting caster)
3rd- Hillary Clinton (need more be said of her).
(can she be a supporting cast)?
These are but a few, any others?

Ok, ok--McCain and the Kool-Aid Man vs. Obama and
Big-Bird
Interesting thought is, that if this country had stayed on the energy course of alternative energies as solar and wind that President Carter set America on. Which President Reagan dismantled and placed America at risk for oil company's continued profits. America would not be straddled to oil today and for its immediate future.
Alternative energy and technologies would have improved in the market increasingly over all these years that have past, to oil dependent waste.
The combustible engine is old technology.
Lets have the Jeston's mobile....Get Spacely's sprockets on the phone.....
I'd settle for the Back to the future's De Lorean
If President Carter proposed the auto over the horse and buggy. President Reagan would have overturned this future technology of its day for sticking with the horse and buggy industry.
